I am very tired due to small daughter teething last night, and for one brief moment, actually thought that PRINCESS FROM ANOTHER UNIVERSE lady's writings were actually written in, you know, Sanskrit. The language. Not the font.

Also, the author clearly does not understand what makes zombies cool if s/he thinks that anyone could "secretly" be a zombie.

Finally... the black hole is populated by cannibals, but the yacht eventually emerges into an island kingdom? So, the black hole is like a tunnel o' cannibals, but you're safe on the other side? I think this could be a Disney theme park ride, but not a novel.

So, I suppose you think #2 was a bit theme-heavy? ...

Actually, the alien princess thing has already been done, and in English, too! It's a children's book, and a pretty good one at that. I don't remember the name of it, but last school year one of my nieces read it to me as part of her homework.
